Gary had a calm approach that put me at ease and was non-confrontational. He made me look at the problem from a different perspective and we were able to come up with a solution to tackle the issue from that perspective.

I tried Gary's singing bowl therapy. He paces the flow very comfortably.
Other places seem to rush through the process that ends up being more anxiety-inducing rather than lulling me into a relaxed state.
He asks me about what he can do to help me enter my relaxed meditative phase and caters accordingly.
I've recommended my friends to him and they too felt at ease entering their meditative phase.
He is now my go-to person for singing bowl meditation.

The session with Gary was very helpful! He worked with me to better understand what small doable steps I could take to work on some issues I’d been having. His cues were subtle but effective, he has a real knack for holding space. I’ve tested his suggestions and so far have had positive results!

I have enjoyed Hypnosis - Extreme Confidence by Gary Ow. My stressful job causes difficulties in sleeping as my mind is in constant motion. Through the calming music and spoken words, and following the breath exercises, my thoughts have quietened.

My session with Gary was great. Professional, patient and really answered all my questions with hypnotherapy.
I liked how minimalist his place was, there were few distractions. Even simple considerations like how he had
video recordings (consent sought & granted) of the sessions to ensure everything was proper showed that much
thought had went into his setup.
The session itself was very comfortable. I appreciate that he took the time before the session to find out more about
what I was struggling with, and wove helpful reassurances into our session.
I do not know if I actually went under hypnosis per se, but I was definitely aware for the entire session. I was quite
surprised when he said that I was snoring in the middle of the session, because I heard everything he said
On the whole, I have been sleeping better. I am not sure if this is solely due to the sessions, but I look forward
to our future sessions and will share if there’s improvements to my overall well-being

Attended one of Gary Ow’s hypnotherapy sessions.
Didn’t really go in with a specific issue for him to resolve, but the session was still of help to me,
helping me to cope with my stress. He also shared techniques for resolving certain mental blocks caused
by fear, and it was overall a fruitful session for me, although I think I would have benefited more if I
had a more concrete goal in mind.
